Issue/Introduction

Phoenix Software Receive Order failing. Same jobs works on RACF and ACF2 systems.

Resolution

Output from the Phoenix SMPE Receive Order job shows a timeout after the HELLO which means the job tried to reachoul to the Phoenix Software receive Order server, but it never replied back.

SECTRACE and OMVSTRACE reveals no security calls made to TSS, so TSS has not been involved yet.

Networking issue. The MTU network setting of 8992 was causing the problem. Resolved by lowering to 1492.
