Issue/Introduction

The usage screen (on the top right corner of the console), regularly populates an event related to the Telemetry, this article goes about clarifying it.

To view it

1- click on the user name beside the gear icon

2- from the dropdown list, click on "History"

Resolution

The Telemetry figures reported under the "usage" page is the number of active users in the last 7 days. This number is reported once a week.

In general, for a user to be included in the "usage" count it has to be:

1- Internal user

2- Covered by the "Scan Filter" which was configured initially when Securlet was enabled the last time.

3- The account should be defined by the SaaS app as "user"  and not as "bot" account
