RC/Migrator for DB2 for z/OS

Issue/Introduction

In this instance, a QM (Quick Migrate) DDLONLY analysis job is running under an ID that is not a SYSADM. The following error occurs:

RMA256E MODEL REQUESTED NOT FOUND. MODELID xxxxxxxx CREATOR xxxxxxxx

MIGRATOR ANALYSIS COMPLETED, RETURN CODE =  16

What needs to be done to resolve this?

Resolution

If the submitter of the job does not have SYSADM authority, then they must be granted authority to the RC/Migrator product functions.

This can be done in Product Authorizations:

1. On the Product Authorizations Screen, place an 'E' next to RC/Migrator to expand.
