Unable to add tooltip to Created By/Date

Issue/Introduction

In the Modern UX (MUX), it is not possible to add a tooltip to the Created By or Created Date attributes. When adding the tooltip to the inherited attributes (e.g.: Project Created By, Idea Created Date, ...), a message "Cannot update tooltip for inherited attribute." appears, but when changing the corresponding Investment attributes, the change is reflected in the Attributes list but it is not displayed in the corresponding object grid (e.g.: Projects grid, Ideas grid, ...).

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Administration > Attributes
2. Filter by Attribute = 'Name'
3. For the Investment object Name attribute, set any Tooltip like 'Test Tooltip'
4. Repeat steps 2-3 with attribute 'Created By', 'Created Date' (add Tooltip for the matching Investment object attribute)
5. Go to the Projects or Ideas grid, and ensure 'Name', 'Created By' and 'Created Date' columns are displayed.

Expected Results: 'Name', 'Created By' and 'Created Date' display a tooltip with 'Test Tooltip'

Actual Results: Only 'Name' displays a tooltip.
