odf_sl_plan_benefit not populating data from the Benefit plan

Issue/Introduction

After creating a custom slice for Project planned Benefit, the data is not showing up in the odf_sl_plan_benefit 

 

Resolution

The slice table (ODF_SL_PLAN_BENEFIT) gets populated with the benefit plan details only when the benefit plan is attached to a Cost Plan.
