CA Service Operation Insight team Problem with service import from spectrum

Issue/Introduction

when I import a service from spectrum into SOI not all devices populate the service in SOI

its not that I am missing services, but the import in SOI does not contain all the devices used to create the service in spectrum.

Spectrum service created with 33 devices across 3 landscapes

Import into SOI only 10 devices populate

Environment

Release : 4.2

Resolution

I explained to him that there's a limitation on the Spectrum connector side where the service will only include CIs from the same landscape.
