Does the new IDEAL enhancement to RESET affect old programs?

Issue/Introduction

I assume there will be no behavior change to our current programs with this enhancement (LU07623) to the IDEAL RESET statement?. Only if the RESET command is issued are values reset, correct?  We have called programs that we expect the values to be retained and don’t want RESET. We generally manually reset working areas when we need it.

Resolution

The enhancement to RESET should not change any current programs. RESET was only valid for panels and panel fields previously, now it can be used for working storage fields. You would have to add RESET statements for the working storage fields

It won't change any RESETs for panels. Those continue to work like they did
