The client wants to migrate the classic employee interface to Service Point.
To do this it will be necessary to add fields to the ticket creation form.
I've managed to add new attributes to the ticket, but only those belonging to the main object and always in edit mode.
The final goal is to add informative fields (read only) existing in other objects related to the prnicipal, to help the employee to fill the next attributes correctly.

What you want to do is not possible with this version of Service Point. It is not customizable in that way. Recommend raising an enhancement request.
