uim device delete not working

Issue/Introduction

We have a vcenter with two instances showing up in OC Inventory and neither has any metrics. We ran the delete for both but they failed to be deleted. We then did the delete via the callbacks remove_master_devices_by_cs_ids & remove_master_devices_by_cskeys. 

The log shows the delete but it never gets deleted.

Resolution

• cleared the probe_discovery queue and deployed discovery_server_20.33T6
