Powering off U144/ME4 storage arrays and servers

Issue/Introduction

The storage arrays may need to be powered off for debugging or for moving.  This is started from the Security Analytics and the storage array GUIs followed by the power switches on the physical hardware power supplies.

Resolution

This is the proper procedure for powering off the servers for moving or for some parts replacements.

1. Power off the server from the Security Analytics GUI in Settings -> System -> Settings -> Shutdown Appliance
2. Power off the storage arrays from the storage GUI.  See Storage Array Power Down for more information
3. Power on the array at the switches of the arrays
4. Wait 60 seconds
5. Power on the server at the switches of the server
6. The system should be up in 5-10 minutes and fully operational
