We are receiving the following Aion error: "cl.exe not found"

Resolution

The "cl.exe not found" error can be resolved by setting the VS 2019 environment variables before starting the Aion BRE application.

Here is an easy way to do this.

1. Start "x86 Native Tools Command Prompt for VS 2019" from the Windows start menu

2. Start Aion BRE application by typing the "redev" command into the above command prompt
