DxNetOps - Print Dashboard is Giving ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE

DX NetOps CA Performance Management - Usage and Administration


A user is trying to print their custom dashboard they made but is getting an error page.

I can reproduce this on their account.

On the dashboard, the three dots menu drop down, the Print Scaled under here is what is doing this.

When I use the gear icon on just one view in the dashboard, I can get the csv to download.

Other dashboards for this user seem to be ok, just this one.

I'm not even able to edit this dashboard, it just has a blank page.

Any ideas on what could be wrong with this one ?

The group being utilized was huge and the only way to run this would be through NFA. Recommended running through NFA and/or making the group smaller to be get the report in a CAPC dashboard
