Sections load before fields - Modern UX

Issue/Introduction

It is noticed that the sections of the Properties page of Projects load before the fields, when there are many sections, and field level security against fields. The fields are rendered into the screen 2s to 3s after the sections.

The way the Properties page shows before the fields are rendered into it is shown below.

Resolution

This is an expected behaviour as of current design. The sections are rendered into the page first, followed by the fields.
