Error: "FAIL - install failed during script execution" while installing LiveUpdate definitions

Issue/Introduction

LiveUpdate definitions is getting downloaded for Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange (SMSMSE)/Symantec Protection Engine (SPE) but failing during install.

Following error is found in lux.log:

Result Code: 0x80010A02
Result Message: FAIL - install failed during script execution

Environment

Windows Server 2012 or 2012 R2

Cause

Application Experience service (AeLookupSvc) is Disabled/Stopped on the server with SPE/SMSMSE installed.

Resolution

Enable/Start the 'Application Experience' service from Services console.
