Issue/Introduction

Running SMP/E Internet Receive Order fails with:

GIM69207S ** RECEIVE PROCESSING HAS FAILED BECAUSE THE CONNECTION WITH THE SERVER FAILED.        
             javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Remote host terminated the handshake           
GIM20501I    RECEIVE PROCESSING IS COMPLETE. THE HIGHEST RETURN CODE WAS 12.

Resolution

The 'GIM69207S ** RECEIVE PROCESSING HAS FAILED BECAUSE THE CONNECTION WITH THE SERVER FAILED. javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Remote host terminated the handshake' error may be due to a temporary issue with the server. We recommend re-running the job if the error persists please provide the following documentation.

1. Re-run the job with the following CLIENT javadebugoptions and provide the complete SMP/E output.
