Unable to configure RICT grid in Status or unable to configure canvas items

Issue/Introduction

When using a shared and recommended view in the Modern UX (MUX) Status module, it is not possible to Configure the grid (the button does nothing).

Steps to Reproduce:

1. In the MUX Status module, open a status report.
2. Create a view (e.g.: View1). View1 should have "Risks" grid in the canvas.
3. Manage the view so that it is Shared with Everyone and Recommended.
4. Click on the Risks Configure button.

Expected Results: Risks Configure page is opened.

Actual Results: Nothing happens. Using the browser developer tools, the following request and response can be observed:

This issue is fixed in Clarity 16.1.1.

Workaround: Unset the Recommended attribute for the view.
