Not seeing UIM Alarms in OI

Issue/Introduction

Not sure what happened BUT

1) we stopped getting alarms into DX from UIM around 2PM yesterday
2) stopped receiving ALL UIM metrics at 2PM yesterday

I tried restarting the primary hub - no help
I tried restarting the OI connector and watched the logs - no difference. - OI logs do not show any errors and show metrics being sent to OI

I then restarted each probe - within minutes alarms started coming into DX. Also metrics are now flowing into DX including the new lock metrics I enabled
