MacOS Web Incidents displays multiple URLs

Issue/Introduction

Incidents will show multiple URL's when you upload a file to multiple URL on Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.

For example:

Machine Name: ExampleMachine
Machine  IP (Corporate) 192.168.0.1
Endpoint Location: On the Corporate Network
Application: Google Chrome (macOS)
URL: https://example.com,http://example.com[view URL]

Environment

Release : 15.7, 15.8 and 16.0

OS: macOS only 

Cause

If you upload same file to multiple URL in a single session of the browser, incidents will show multiple URL on all the website where same file is uploaded.

Resolution

This is known behavior on macOS as per design.
