Issue/Introduction

As requested in earlier ticket 33196187, we upgraded the APMIA Agent to 22.8, but we see that the issue still exist.

This time we see almost all metrics are getting dropped under SystemEdge (CPU, Memory, DiskIO, Network, Performance, Protocol, Storage, SystemLoad, SystemManagement, TopProcess etc.).

Release : SAAS

Resolution

Customer changed startup script to proper permissions/ownership.

Details :

 I identified Sysedge directory permission is with root, I asked app team to change it to caapm:caapm and restarted the APMIA.
