Alarms tab is empty after upgrade to 22.2.3

Issue/Introduction

We've identified some issues after upgrading Spectrum from version 21.2.10 to 22.2.3:

1) Alarm count not being displayed

2) Containers doesn't display devices and device count

3) We have #3 containers level, however, 3rd level is not being displayed

Patch 22.02.03.D116  was created for this problem.  Please contact support to request a copy if needed.

    REQUIREMENTS

        SPECTRUM 22.02.00 and 22.02.03 are the prerequisites for installation of this patch.

 This patch needs to be installed on OneClick Server.
