JOB goes to ENDED_NOT_OK instead of FAULT_POST_PROCESSING

Issue/Introduction

Is there any settings in AE so that Publishing or Printing a Variable, which has not been defined in Process tab,  will not result to "FAULT_POST_PROCESSING - error in post processing." instead it will result to "Ended_Not_OK" status.

 

Example:

Process tab:

Post-Process tab:

Execute the job.

Result:

Status is Ended_Not_OK instead of Fault_Post_Processing

From the Activation log, the variable &BTA# has been defined with ‘’ value.

Process log:

Post-Process log: The printing in Post proces stab appeared.

 

Environment

Release : 12.3.7

Resolution

Please check if the GENERATE_UNDEFINED_SCRIPT_VARS is set to Y in the UC_SYSTEM_SETIINGS in Client 0. Please make sure to set it to N.
