Blank Page on Index Search Results with large report OM Web Viewer 12.1

Issue/Introduction

The report concerned is a report with 239M of line and 13M of pages. There are 30  predefined values for the search. 

When a user tries to read the content selection with a specific index Value the result from Web Viewer UI is a blank page.

The Web Viewer interface with DRAS displays a blank page when pages beyond 8,388,607 of report are accessed. When the same information is accessed from the mainframe online, an I/O error may be displayed.
 
No data is displayed when accessing indexed data or navigating to pages beyond 8,388,607 with Web Viewer. The DRAS log may contain SARDBI10 message indicating Unexpected end of data. Mainframe online receives an I/O error when accessing those pages and HELP command to display long message indicates SARDBI10 error message.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
