UNIX job is failing on a newly installed agent with the error message below.

20221103/110959.246 - U02001007 User 'automic' is unknown or an invalid password has been provided.

Resolution

Based on the log, the s-bit is not set on the ucxjlx6.

Please do the following:

-Log in as root user

-Stop the agent

-Execute the command below

chmod 4755 ucxjlx6

 

-Restart the agent
