After migrating to a new SMP Server, the customer noticed the following error under SMP Console>Settings>All Settings>Notification Server>Certificate Management:
NS root certificate
Certificate details not found
ITMS 8.6, 8.7
Wrong reference for the Agent CA certificate or missing regkey.
Note:
Before attempting the steps suggested below, try to reboot the affected SMP Server.
Check the following:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Altiris\eXpress\Notification Server\CA\Agent]
"Thumbprint"="E4C91063C42DBCF615A0EC56B174F1B6C0912AC2"
Note:
You can find the required Agent CA certificate information under MMC on your SMP Server.
