Our organization has created 2 custom field on the User Profile Canvas, however only the Subscription Admins has the permissions to update these fields. These fields are informational only, and it would be helpful if Workspace Admins and Project Admins could update these fields as well. How do grant permissions to Workspace and Project Admins to update these custom fields?
Only Subscription administrators can create new user fields as well as customize the values even for the following Rally-provided fields: Cost Center, Office Location, Role, and Department.
Workspace and project administrators cannot create new user fields or customize user field values, even if they have create user permissions. Users are subscription based, they can have access to many projects, many workspaces within the Subscription. This is why a Subscription Admin must maintain these fields.
