Team resource not visible on the timesheet to some users

Issue/Introduction

Resources on the team are not able to see the tasks assigned to the team on their timesheets. They open the timesheet and filter on Assigned Resources - they only see their user resource but not the Team Resource. 

If the user has Resource Management rights they are able to see it.

Resolution

Clarity doesn't have an automatic right for a resource to see/view the teams they are assigned to. This is by design. 

To get the resources to see that team, you have to assign the Instance Right as follows:

1. Go to Administration - Resources - open the resource - Access Rights
2. Instance - Add - Resource - "Resource - View" - Add and Continue
3. Browse for the team resource - Add
4. Now login as this resource and you should be able to add the team assignments to the timesheet & view it.
