Jobs being routed to test LPAR show as INPUT Submitted

Issue/Introduction

When we route jobs over to our TEST lpar for ESP they were showing in a state of INPUT SUBMITTED. Had to force them complete for the streams to continue.

Release : 12.0

Cause

New SDSF ACF2 rules were put in place on the TEST system and the following error was produced.

ACF04056 ACCESS TO RESOURCE JES2.NJE.PMLASYS TYPE RWTR BY ESP NOT AUTHORIZED

Resolution

Removed te SDFS ACF2 rules and jobs were tracked successfully. After adding the SDFS ACF2 rules, we recreated the problem.
