Disable AutoSupport on NetApp storage arrays

Issue/Introduction

NetApp storage arrays have a feature called Autosupport that allows NetApp to monitor the health of the storage arrays and auto generate cases if it detects any problems.  The service in and of itself is fine, but if the storage arrays are at secure sites, users may not want these notifications going back to NetApp.  

Environment

NetApp E5600 series storage arrays

Resolution

AutoSupport can be Enabled or Disabled by going into SANtricity under Monitor > Health > AutoSupport
