Staffing Grid - Export to CSV Incorrect Column Order

Issue/Introduction

The column of order seen in staffing page is incorrect after exporting to CSV 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Login to Modern UX with appropriate rights
2. Navigate to Staffing page 
3. On the Staff Grid, configure the periods and per period metric 
   • Period = Months
   • Start Period = Choose 1 month
   • End Period = Choose 1 month
   • Totals = Grand Totals
   • Per Period Metric = Allocation, Hard Allocation 
4. Export to CSV

Expected Results: The order of column seen in UI should be same after export 

Actual Results: The order of column is change post export to CSV

• DE67314 is fixed in upcoming release 16.1.1 (February 2023) and backported to 16.0.3 Patch 3
