XEVENTS getting re-submitted after UUJMA reconnect

Issue/Introduction

Notice that xevents are getting resubmitted after node re-connection, and it's also issuing a RE-SYNCH command. Please assist with how to solve this issue.

Impact:- Prod batch jobs trigger earlier as file requirement has been satisfied with this activity.
