login failed while executing Sharepoint Connection wizard

Issue/Introduction

While running Sharepoint agent connection wizard. After providing policy server and 4.x agent details login failed popup even though all the details are correct.

 

 

 

Environment

Release : 12.8

Cause

SharePoint agent server is unable to communicate to Policy server

Resolution

-> Check the Policy server's ports (44441 ,44442, 44443 , 44444) connectivity from sharepoint agent and 

On unblock all the policy server ports from SharePoint agent to policy server and the configure of SharePoint agent was successfully.
