Issue/Introduction

The following error is logged during the Run Staging Procedures step of the RiskFabric Processing job:

Error Msg: Cannot execute the query "<query statement>" against OLE DB provider "OraOLEDB.Oracle" for linked server "RISK... Line  Number: 1

Environment

Release : 6.x

Cause

The Oracle provider's FetchSize value or ChunkSize value generates an excessively large data set for retrieval and caching by the Oracle client.

Resolution

Set the OraOLEDB.Oracle provider's fetch and chunk settings to their recommended values by following the procedure in the Installing the Oracle Database Client for Microsoft Windows (x64) section of the Symantec ICA Administrator Guide.
