OneDrive incidents stopped reporting

Issue/Introduction

Incidents reporting in DLP for Office 365 OneDrive dropped from tens of thousands to none.

• Box and Salesforce Securlets were unaffected
• Office 365 filter was configured and functioning
• No incidents were being reported in CASB for OneDrive

Cause

Users were not showing as having a valid OneDrive license.
