Issue/Introduction

Error copying custom attributes during conversion of idea to project if attachment attribute has a file attached when using process system action.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create single attachment attribute on the investment object.
2. Attach a file to that attribute.
3. Create process which will convert Idea to Project using system action.
4. Run the pocess to convert idea to project.
5. Notice you get an Error copying custom attributes from idea to project.
 
Expected Results: It should allow to convert idea to project using process system action

Actual Results: Error copying custom attributes from idea to project.

DE67299, Targeted for a fix in 16.1.1, 16.1.0.1.

Workaround: Remove file from idea and attach to project post conversion.
