Issue/Introduction

How can I find the names of the datasets that are allocated to my OSF server?

Environment

OPS/MVS

Resolution

1.- Select the OPSVIEW option =4.1.1 panel.

2.- Determine the value of the OSFCHAR parameter in use by your CA OPS/MVS system. Tab to the Name: field, type OSFCHAR and press enter.

3.- Return to the main panel and select OPSVIEW option 1 (Browse OPSLOG).

4.- Issue the LISTALC STATUS command to display the names of the currently allocated datasets to your OSF Servers.

For example, if the OSFCHAR is OC2, then type and execute in the command line:

/OC2 LISTALC STATUS

The command will produce an output similar to this.
