Issue/Introduction

What access is needed to be able to rename a dataset?

Resolution

In order to rename a dataset the user must have CREATE and WRITE access to the new name being given to the dataset. Users will most likely have create and write access to their own high level qualifier.

The user also needs to have both READ and SCRATCH access in a single permit to the existing name of the dataset. If the user has ALL access then they will have both read and scratch access.
