Unable to download discovered item files more than 10000 entries. 

Environment

Symantec Endpoint Security

Cause

The feature to download/export data from the grid is designed to support only 10K records since a long time. This has been designed/implemented in the portal to support 10K only. Exporting this huge set of records from the grid is not supported due to various technical limitations.

Resolution

This is working by-design.
