Issue/Introduction

Unable to export "Denied Files Report" in csv,xlx,xlsx format from SES console.

Environment

Symantec Endpoint Security.

Cause

Currently you can export "Denied Files Report" in PDF and HTML format. This is working by design and has a product limitation 

 

Resolution

There is a feature enhancement request incident created with our product team to consider having csv/xlx,xlsx format in SES "Denied Files Report", and this is under review. This article will be updated once the FR is updated with the final verdict by product team.
