Timesheet Status Should show For Closed Time Periods in Carousel Status

Issue/Introduction

Within the Timesheet Carousel we only see 'Closed' under the period when it is Closed.  We should see the actual status of the Timesheet such as submitted, approved, posted. The status of the Time Period being closed is shown below the carousel.  The Closed Time Period Banner is missing on periods where there is a 'virtual' timesheet.  

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Navigate to My Timesheets
2. Scroll through the Carousel to locate a Time Period that is Closed
3. View the Status in the Carousel 

Expected Results: To see the actual Timesheet Status for the period in the Carousel and to see the Closed Time Period Banner for both physical and virtual timesheets.  

Actual Results: The individual time periods in the carousel shows the status of 'Closed' for the time period.  The Closed Time Period Banner is missing on periods where there is a 'virtual' timesheet. 

Workaround: None.
