'ResourceOBS filter is empty' is not working in Timesheet grid page

Issue/Introduction

On the Timesheet grid, the Resource OBS field is generating an error indicating it is unsupported. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Navigate to the Timesheets Grid
2. Select the 'Resource OBS' as a filter field 
3. Set the condition to 'Is Empty' 

Expected Results: Filtering for a list of results where the Resource OBS field is empty should work. 

Actual Results: Error Message - API-1052 : Invalid object filter query. Request contains unsupported object filter 'resourceObsFilter=null'.  

Workaround: Use the 'Is Equal To' filtering condition and select some OBS Units.
