Issue/Introduction

What are the latest compatible versions of Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) that can be integrated as data sources for IT Analytics (ITA) 2.9.1?

Resolution

The last version of the DLP integration pack for ITA was 15.7 and was confirmed to work with DLP 16.0. The last version of the SEP integration pack for ITA was version 14.2 and was confirmed to work with SEP 14.3. Compatibility with future versions of DLP and SEP are not guaranteed, however.
