Issue/Introduction

Does Broadcom continue to offer technical support for the standalone versions of IT Analytics (ITA) for Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP)?

Resolution

ITA 2.9.1 was the final release of the standalone product for DLP and SEP. Version 2.9.1 reached End of Service (EOS) status on December 31, 2022, and End of Life (EOL) on December 31, 2023. Consequently, Broadcom no longer offers technical support for either version of the product.

Because ITA operates without a license, the product will continue to operate as before. The last version of the DLP integration pack was 15.7 and has been confirmed to work with DLP 16.0. The last version of the SEP integration pack was version 14.2 and was confirmed to work with SEP 14.3. Compatibility with future versions of DLP and SEP are not guaranteed, however.
