WSTOMSTC startup fails after certificate change (abend U4083)

Issue/Introduction

After applying new SSL certificate, unable to bring up Endevor Web Services Tomcat started task WSTOMSTC.

Release : 18.1

Resolution

The WSTOMSTC job log showed a U4083 abend plus message "The Apache Tomcat Native library which allows using OpenSSL was not found on the java.library.path"

After an IPL, WSTOMSTC started successfully.
