CCS Agent Management Jobs and/or Fetch agents jobs running longer than usual

Issue/Introduction

Control Compliance Suite (CCS)

You are seeing the 'Fetch Agent' job and/or the Agent Management jobs (AMJ) taking a long time to complete (i.e over 24 hours), where as the jobs normally only take a few hours to complete.

Environment

Release : CCS 12.5.2 and 12.6.x

Resolution

See the steps below to resolve the issue:

1. Abort the AMJ or Fetch agent job and see if that resolves the issue.
2. If the issue still persists, reboot the Application Server and also any managers that have the Load Balancer role.
