Issue/Introduction

Is there a method to limit the number of email messages triggered by the same file per DLP Policy to a specific maximum number.

Resolution

There is currently no way to aggregate or limit the number of emails sent to a user in DLP

The workaround put in place was to add a response rule that would change the file to Read-only.  Once file was read only it would not trigger the event every time the file is viewed.
