When an already locked user (in VIP Auth Hub) tries to login, they do not appear in the log.
Steps to reproduce:
1) get the user locked by entering multiple wrong OTPs
2) again hit the application URL
3) enter correct username password
4) check Kibana if any error msg is displayed
