Issue/Introduction

Following error messages appearing in SYSVIEW after upgrade of z/OS 2.3 to z/OS 2.5

GSV3710E (CICSDATA) JES2 services initialization failed                         
GSV3702E (JOBS) ESAT JES configuration module not found for JES2 version 2.5    
GSV3710E (JOBS) JES2 services initialization failed                             
GSV3702E (MVSDATA) ESAT JES configuration module not found for JES2 version 2.5 
GSV3710E (MVSDATA) JES2 services initialization failed                          
GSV3702E (XSMS) ESAT JES configuration module not found for JES2 version 2.5    
GSV3710E (XSMS) JES2 services initialization failed                             

Environment

Release : 16.0

Cause

z/OS 2.5 not supported in SYSVIEW 16.0 without additional PTFs.

Resolution

Install PTFs LU02875 & LU04328 to provide new JES2 configuration module
