How to revert from daylight saving time to eastern standard time as the date only allows 1st to 5th Nov whereas Nov 6th is the proper date?

Issue/Introduction

Why there's only 1st, 2nd,3rd,4th and 5th as an options in the Day field in section "Revert to normal Time on" in the TimeZone object ?

 

Environment

Release : 21.0.4

Resolution

The first Sunday of November , which is November 6th and the day the time change occurs.  The "Day" parameter is not the date but it is the Nth Sunday of the month.

 

Please note that the Nth day also applies to "Change Dayligh Saving Time on".
