LDAP 15.1 ETLDP04I CA LDAP Server r15.1 has terminated abnormally and CC 0009

Issue/Introduction

LDAP 15.1 will not start. It fails with a CC=0009 and just the following message:

ETLDP04I CA LDAP Server r15.1 has terminated abnormally

The STDERR log is small (148 bytes) and only contains garbled data.

The LDAP started task job log shows:

Resolution

The root cause for this was a misconfigured path in the STDENV DD which was pointing to a wrong file.
