As of May 18, 2022, the integration between CA Business Intelligence and Performance Management is no longer supported.

CA Technologies, a Broadcom Company is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. In accordance with the Broadcom Support Policies, please consider this email your written notification that we are discontinuing technical support for some functions of the CABI Jaspersoft platform for DX NetOps effective May 18, 2022. This will allow our Development organization to more effectively focus its resources and add value across the DX NetOps solution. After May 18, 2022, Broadcom will continue to make self-service support available until the end of your current maintenance term.

The following functionality will not be supported starting May 18, 2022:

  • Unified Dashboards and Reporting for Infrastructure Management
  • CABI for DX Performance Management

We will continue maintaining support for CABI for DX Spectrum reporting functions.
