Unable to log into Spectrum OneClick with new users, including Admin users.

If LDAP is used and new users are not added to LDAP, you will not be able to log into OneClick unless the user is configured to avoid LDAP.
This can be worked around by configuring the user LDAP sections to use a local password or by making the user a "super user".
The Super User has access to everything so the Access tab is greyed out and Priveleges/Roles cannot be edited.
